Bärenquell Brauerei was abandoned on April Fool’s Day, 1994 - no joke.
I didn’t post this yesterday because no one would have believed me.
When Bärenquell closed, it marked the end of a brewery 112 years old. It first opened as the Borussia Brauerei in 1882.
