Ah yes, trust unreliable single web hosts with long-term #DataStorage & availability, that certainly hasn't bitten anyone in the past now has it?
Once I'm done fixing up my media database, I should get stats on how many artworks I've saved which are no longer available on their original site. And how many such sites are just dead/domain-parked entirely.
I want to believe it is an education problem & a misunderstanding of #storage reliability, rather than malice.
For #Youtube, no need to guess, someone has done the work instead of me.
