Have you ever read a book you believe no other living person has probably read because it has been out of print for so long and is relatively obscure? Kind of a fun notion. Vincent Hallinan writes about settling legal cases with fistfights between lawyers in San Fran circa 1900. He even ran for President in 1952. Yet, they block blind people and deafblind people from sending in submissions by requiring #Capthuas.
I guess they only want sighted submitters. Even if they claim to want to read work from all authors.
