It‘s moments like this I‘m reminded how important it is to take time to write good commit messages. Without this I would have spent half the day again chasing the problem I had solved before. For me this was a productivity boost today. I feel like lots of teams underestimate the positive effects of a clean git history. Instead you will see commits like „fix bug“ all over the place.

I think there are so many things wrong with measuring features deliver per-quarter (FPQ), but I'd like to hear the other side of the story and be proved wrong.
